I also be this knife. It's exactly what I wanted. The weight balance did good, it's strong, and cuts through everything like it was soft butter. The quality is amazing and it was the best Christmas present I have given myself in years. I am incredibly happy and satisfied to have such an amazing new kitchen knife that I've been using for everything lately.

This is a substantial precision Chinese Chef's Knife! And very sharp. I accidentally cut a slice of my finger tip off without knowing it just running a paper towel over the edge lengthwise to dry it after washing it! I won't do that again. But it feels great in your hand, well balanced if you hold it correctly and it goes through veggies easily. Very durable. PBut get a magnetic bar to hold it and maybe a edge guard. Or maybe use a specisl drawer and shield for it. And keep away from kids.

The blade is very sharp for home use. The handle is really great for my wife's hand, which is small. It also works for me, and my hands are not so small. The weight of the blade is perfect for cutting potatoes as well as leafy vegetables. The balance is also perfect for both of use for hojme use. My wife says this jmaterial is going to last a lifetime. We thought this was a little pricey, but as soon as we first used it, the price was well worth it.

Good weight and well balanced. The handle is on the thinner side for a cleaver but it fits my hand. The blade is thick enough to serve as a medium duty bone chopping. The edge is sharp out of the box. I've had other pro line knives and they hold the edge pretty well. I wish the edges on the side/back of the knife are rolled because they do feel a little bit rough and unfinished comparing to other higher end kitchen knives.

This knife is not a Zwilling Pro as advertised it is a Zwilling Gourmet. We thought we were purchasing a Zwilling Pro but received a Zwilling Gourmet knife instead. Very disappointed.
