ZWILLING Pro 7-inch Ultimate Bread/Deli Knife

I have 24 Zwilling knifes on my kitchen counter top. All are Professional S or Pro. They get used everyday and take care of all my cutting needs. Started buying back in 1990 and kept adding. The Deli Bread knife is my favorite and I bought this new one as a gift.

This knife is turning out to be very versatile. The construction is solid, the balance is really nice and the blade is very very sharp. From cutting tomatoes and veggies to portioning chicken and beef for meals or stir fry's, this knife is turning out to be a great utility knife.

Great knife for cutting anything, not just bread. Just had a huge 50 person bbq and used this knife to cut shish kebab cubes - both chicken and beef. Also used it to cut watermelon.
