ZWILLING Pro 8-inch Bread Knife

Very sharp, and I like the length for versatility. I have several Henkels Pro knives and love them. I prefer the blade thickness over my Shun Premier knives.

I purchased this to replace my previous bread knife, also from Zwilling, that was finally in need of replacement after about 15 years. This is a great knife, and I anticipate many years of use to come.

I have always wanted a decent bread knife to cut through bread. The cheap ones I had were like sawing through bread making a mess. Got this and it works great!! It provides smooth even cuts. Haven't tried it yet but I hear it works great on slicing tomatoes.

These are best knives in my price range. I use this bread knife often it is the perfect weight for me and the grip is perfect for my hand size

Extremely happy with my purchase. This is a replacement knife. I purchased this bread knife 45 years ago and it was the best! Unfortunately, when we bought a new home and were doing renovations, living on sandwiches, it disappeared and never turned up. I HAD to replace it. It's a lifetime quality forever knife. A must have in your kitchen arsenal!

I bake sourdough bread every week and my greatest challenge was finding a bread knife that would make slicing the loaves smoothly and easily.
