Great every day all around chefs knife. handles well
Home cook loves this knife. Use it everyday. I now own 2 of these. My first one maintained its edge for 16 months. Worthy investment.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my Zwilling Pro Le Blanc 18‑cm (7″) Slim Chef’s Knife! This chef’s knife is incredibly sharp right out of the box and feels perfectly balanced in my hand. The slim profile and lighter weight make everyday prep — from slicing herbs to dicing onions — effortless and comfortable. The elegant white handle not only looks great in my kitchen but also feels secure and ergonomic during use. The quality craftsmanship is clear — it’s made in Germany with excellent steel that stays sharp and confident through lots of chopping. I genuinely love using this knife and happily give it 5 stars!
This is a beautiful piece of work. I have a Japanese knife that I really like but, this is now my favorite. I find my hand going right to the pinch grip. I love the bolstering the white handle. Very well balanced. Razor sharp! I'm going to enjoy this knife for a long time. Just upped my cooking experience. Grazie Mille. Thank you Zwilling.
Absolutely love this knife! I discovered it at a knife skills class, and love the 7-inch blade. It combines the advantages of a real chef's knife with a shorter blade that's easier to handle for someone with smaller hands. The knife is a great weight but also not overly heavy.
Very nice balance. Handle is securely attached. Needed to de-burr the bolster as it had a sharp edge that poked my fingers but it was quickly taken care of. I don’t understand why the white handle is so much more expensive, but I’ve been wanting one for a while so it was worth the splurge. Nice weight and balance.
As someone with arthritis, it is difficult for me to still perform my daily prep tasks with the bulky dull knives every kitchen has. This 7” chef knife is lightweight, easy to handle, and above all, stays SHARP. The handle is balanced well with the blade, and is very durable. I also love that the handle is high quality material, and white, which makes it stand apart from my coworkers sets.
I’m extremely happy with this chef knife. Right out of the box, the blade was razor-sharp and ready to use. It slices effortlessly through vegetables, meat, and herbs, making prep work faster and more enjoyable. Build quality feels premium, with a sturdy blade that holds its edge well after repeated use.
Awakening experience. This knife is so sharp that I didn’t realize I cut myself until I saw blood on my finger.
This knife is so sharp and easy to use. It's not very big. 7 inches is small compared to the chef knives I'm used to using, but I can still get the job done.
