Love my knife! Sadly it was a two piece set and I only received my 8 in knife. Never received my 5.5 in knife.

Great quality knife that will last! I've purchased lesser knives in the past thinking I didn't want to spend as much but they never lasted. The overall amount I spent is much higher than if I'd just bought the good knives in the first place! Love the weight, balance, sharpness and construction of this. I have a Japanese chefs knife and while it's very nice, it's not my go-to because I prefer the weight and relative heft of a German blade. This is perfect for me!

Handle and whole knife quality, full-tang stainless, well-balanced and blade shape great for all-around use

The difference between Pro and Four Star lines are quite noticeable! Better balance and seems to be stronger steel for the blade.
