ZWILLING Pro Le Blanc 9-inch Z15 Serrated Bread Knife

I know Zwilling from livingvin Germany, and appreciate the name and quality. But I have to say I am surprised! As its way more pleasing than I expected! I absolutely love the feel of this bread knife! It's super sharp, has an amazing blade edge, that allows precision cuts. The grip feels so natural and comfortable and the balance feels spot on! I love this very stylish and beautiful bread knife!

This knife is of excellent quality as expected of the Zwilling Pro line. The "Le Blanc" handle looks nice in person and feels great in the hand. I like the way the blade cuts through the crust of bread and finishes well through the bottom. This blade pattern does seem to cut better than the traditional repeating peak and valley blade designs of bread knives. 10/10 would recommend.

I have many of your pro grade knives, they are my kitchen workhorses. I recently bought the bread knife and it did not disappoint. Great blade especially the way the serrations are cut. I am sure it will provide years of service as my other pro knives have.

Love this bread knife! I have been making a lot of sourdough and foccacia bread for my friends and family. I was looking for a great bread knife that could slice sourdough with ease. What I love about this Zwilling bread knife is how sturdy yet comfortable it feels in your hands, and the beautiful white handle. It is not only aesthetically pleasing it also works well. Can never go wrong with a fully German made knife. They stand above the rest! Zwilling makes truly excellent products. If you're hesitating don't, it will be the best purchase for your kitchen!

Sharpness and feel is great. Slices crusty sourdough with ease and build quality appears to be very good. A bonus is that it’s supposed to be dishwasher safe although I’m handwashing mine to hopefully keep it sharper for longer! Would be nice if it came with a sheath.

Great bread knife. Picked one up as a replacement for the one that came with my knife block and it's been an improvement in everyway. A 9" blade is a perfect balance of easy handling and usability as well managing to be comfortable in my tiny kitchen but still have enough length to handle any size of loaf I throw at it

Gorgeous knife that I've been looking forward to getting for a month. It's long and has good weight that make things easy to cut. The blade is sharp and has nice serration. There was a little bit of scuff on the handle, but not worth deducting a star for. Can't wait to complete my set!

I bought this knife based on the reputation of quality of Zwilling. Purchased this serrated knife to cut through home baked sourdough bread. It does an excellent job of cutting through the loaf without squishing and flattening the loaf. The knife is very sharp and is much easier to cut through the loaves than my old brand.
