Pan is great. Doesn't stick and very easy yo clean.
We love this pan. I cook eggs in it almost every morning. It's our second one. We had the first one for three years, then I accidentally put the wrong burner on high, and got the pan really hot. After that, it wasn't quite as non-stick as it used to be. My fault, but I happily bought the same pan again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for a Xmas gift I have the 8" and 10" and have used them in all kinds of cooking conditions. Mine are a year old and holding up> Wonder why?
This pan is easy to use and I love that it is stainless steel! The durable material is resistant to rust and staining, making it long-lasting and easy to maintain. Cleanup is a breeze, especially when used with proper care, such as preheating and using oil to prevent sticking. The pan also handles high heat well, making it great for searing and browning.
Easy weight to use, beats my old cast iron skillet. Cooks evenly and cleanup is a breeze.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good heat dispersal, non stick, high-quality stainless steel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great! Even heat. Need to cook only on low or medium.
I love the non-stick quality and the weight of this frying pan, but the cooking surface is NOT flat. My eggs slide off to the edges every time I use it. I've checked my stove top and it is level. The frying pan is NOT. I'm very disappointed.
Good nonstick ability but began chipping right away
Not worth the price! I bought three Z. H. Thermolon fry pans (different sizes) (from a different store) because the Henckels brand is so reputable and was thinking worth the cost investment for the long-haul with proper care. Not these pans! The 12", which we use regularly, has not held up. Advise is to spend less on non-stick, ceramic type pans. If one fails miserably and move on to something else at less expense.
