I love the ergonomic handles and how balanced these knives are in my hand. The availability of different wood finishes of the block was appealing, but my biggest praise for these is the sharpness and ease of use.

This was a gift and the person was pleased with it. Needless to say it is quite pricey. Hopefully it will last a lifetime. Seems possible given the quality

A perfect set for household use. I love that chef's knife comes in two different sizes - a large one and smaller. I used steak knives in the past for majority of cutting because of their smaller sizes, but found that smaller size chef knife is something I was missing! Knifes are super sharp and comfortable to hold.

We purchased these knives but did not receive the set we ordered. We had purchased with a special offer so a simple exchange was not offered. The return was processed efficiently and painlessly. The knives we received seemed very nice but were not self-sharpening. We would have liked to exchange them but could not.
