ZWILLING TWIN Signature 5.5-inch Prep Knife

Been using the 5.5" blade for a couple weeks now, also bought a Zwilling 3" pairing knife at the same time. Both tools perform impressively. This is my first time spending some extra money on quality blades; and I wish I would have invested years ago. These knives have improved/simplified my home cooking prep work in a big way. My only challenge is getting the Wife to do a proper clean and stow them away immediately after use:) Very happy customer. Thanks Zwilling!

I love the size and balance of this knife. It's perfect for my small hands which are slightly arthritic. It's difficult for me to use a chef's knife and a paring knife is not big enough. This is perfect. It seems like good quality and with the Prime Day sale it became affordable enough for me to buy 2.

Nice size! Been wanting a smaller knife to prep with and finally pulled the trigger. Let me say that right out of the box this knife is very sharp. It's lightweight and the perfect size. Not big and clumsy. Seems of very good quality.

The knife was sharp, right out of the box. It has performed well with vegetables, chicken, and salmon, so far. Very pleased with my purchase.

I really enjoy the ergonomics of this knife. The Twin Signature is a nice light weight knife that is easy to use for a long time. Extremely sharp and holds its edge well. I have a 7" Santoku from the same line that I purchased 10 years ago and it is still my go to knife for how it feels in the hand.

Is overall quite satisfactory although I’m would much prefer it to be slightly heavier. The additional heft would feel more comfortable I feel.
