ZWILLING Xtend Hand Blender Starter Set

Absolutely love this Hand Blender! I especially love the attachments that you can also purchase. I purchased the Chopper and it makes cooking so many different things so much easier! It's great for chopping garlic and onions, nuts for baking, pesto. The best part is that it's cordless, I can move about anywhere in my kitchen!

This is such an amazing immersion blender! I've switched from my personal blender to this for my morning smoothies. It has a large capacity "cup", long body to reach to the bottom, plus a super sharp blade that can make easy work of frozen fruit. It also makes soups and sauces super creamy! No cord is the best! I've used it every day for two weeks and the battery is just now down off full capacity.

How to use instructions are mostly given with images. My guess is using images on how to use the item is understood across different languages. With the maiden use of the hand blender, I realized that I had to hold down one or two of the speed buttons to get the hand blender to work. Once one releases the buttons, the hand blender stops. I couldn't find in the instructions if there was a way to turn on the hand blender without holding down the button(s), so I went online to see if I could find anything I overlooked. What I could find is one must continuously press the buttons for the hand blender to work.
