ZWILLING Z-Cut Box/Tower Grater

Love the multiple faces which allows me to have a selection of grates while only having to use one utensil. The quality is excellent.

Bought the box grater, knives and staub utensils. She hasn't been disappointed in any item. Happy Wife,Happy Life.

Just awesome, watch your fingers… best grader ever

Just used this for the first time to grate cheese and zesting lemons. Did a great job! It is really sharp and loved being able to grate up and down. Just have to remember that Z-Cut blades are very sharp on both sides. The external sheath is a wonderful addition. Will prevent accidental wounds and protect the grater from accidental damage. No bent sides! The only thing I don't care for is the raised circular cup in the center of the internal food storage box. It can catch whatever is being grated but it can be difficult to extract some things that are being grated. Something I need to get used to. Best grater ever!

This grater is sharp, efficient, and very easy to use. It cuts consistently and feels comfortable and secure to handle. I really like how quickly it gets the job done while still feeling safe and sturdy. Excellent quality and a great addition to the house.

It's nice and sharp and the zig zag grater side is really good especially for grating potatoes or cabbage or carrots etc as is rhe slicer side entire box needs to be bigger .

The greater appears to be extremely well built and the catch box is a nice touch. There is a rubber grippy surface on the bottom, which helps to keep things nice and stable. The blades are very sharp– way sharper than any other greater I've ever seen. The grating surface is a little smaller than I expected, but the bid directional operation should negate that one minor deficiency. It is larger than I expected, but part of that bulk is from the quite necessary protective cover. All in all, I suspect this will be the last grater I will ever need to purchase.

Poorly designed grater. More of a danger to my fingers than to cheese. The materials are substantial, but a cheese grater that can't grate cheese isn't super useful.

This grater is just okay. The blades flex when I'm grating harder items like carrots. There is a lot going on with it—a blade cover when not in use and an attachment to catch the grated items—but it all feels a bit too style over function. I guess I expected higher quality from Zwilling.
