I've been wanting a back massager for awhile now. I finally broke down and purchased this unit. That night before I went to bed, I tried it out. OH MY GOODNESS, it is awesome. It feels like somebody is behind me giving me the best massager I've ever had. I set it up on a dinning room chair, it's permanent location so it is ready whenever I need it.

I have degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis of the spine. This massager is the only relief I get from chronic pain. It is a great piece of equipment that enables me to not need pain medicine. I use at the highest settings(2xs per) for relief and to sleep. My husband uses at lower settings (1x). The adjustable neck massager works great for stress and tension headaches. I will buy again, when I wear this one out. Great product, worth the cost!

My family and I have had a number of different back massagers for our back pain and to relax before bed. None have performed even near as well and the Zyllion! It is the absolute best out there, I have used it as well as the rest of the family, sometimes we wait in line to be able to use it. It gives a great massage all the way up to the neck while not killing you like the others do with pointed things i guess intended to give you a shiatsu massage=not! I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a seat placed back massager!! Thanks for making such a quality product !

The massage chair pad is very helpful for neck and back pain relief. However, when use of the back massage component separately, the neck massage part is quite uncomfortable. The next massage cannot be completely removed. When requiring the neck portion it is nice. I would give it a gold star if the system could be used separately more easily. I enjoy my chair massager and it has been a great addition to my back rehab.

We absolutely love the produce, but when we had an issue with the neck messager portion after a few months, the company sent a brand new one with no problem at all! Thank you for your awesome cutomer service!

My wife has a bad back, she was struck by a car when young and with the passage of time now in our 60s her back is bad. She is under a Dr's care for medications etc. She uses this massager daily. It does provide relief.

It is so relaxing!! It feels like being in paradise.
