dont buy this item is not worth it. didnt stay connected to internet and always goes in and out. the case is worthless cuz my grandson dropped and it broke and screen dont work after 3 days. this isnt for young toddlers. its also false advertising and isnt as described either. it said it could and would have certain things or features but it doesn't. definitely not for toddlers. waste of money and ripped off by company.

Been having trouble getting it to charge. I'll plug it up and itll stay on one percent then die and won't come back on.

I bought 3 of these as gifts for Christmas and I regret it. They run super slow you can't really download too much or they stop working. The games they come with lock the screen so you'll have to help your child get off of it each time. Older kids won't like this much.
