This tablet works and does not leave the groggy feeling in the morning
Love these but I needed to take them at least 2 hours before bed. I have insomnia and these do the trick. I waited and hour before bed to take them but I was extremely sleepy the next day and fell asleep several times while working from home. Be cautious of its intensity.
I love that this sleep aid is completely natural. I have tried them ALL....so far, this is the best...hands down. I love the fact that this OTC sleep-aid has only 2 mg. of Melatonin...some people think the more, the BETTER...NO. Melatonin is actually a 'hormone'....not the kind we usually think of, but still...a 'hormone'. Too much in a sleep-aid is not good! This relaxes me and I drift off to a good sleep...and I DON'T wake up feeling groggy at all. And with only 2 mg. of Melatonin, if you feel you have to, you can take 2...no adverse effects. This is the one
I take it half hour before sleeping, and I found that it was helping me stay asleep at least 5 hours, whereas before I would wake up after 4 hours and then would sleep intermittently. The only thing that I found to be a put off was the smell, pretty strong and off putting, but I resolved this by taking it out of the packaging and air out a few minutes.
good product but found cheaper at Kroger
They work, but they sort of have the same reading as their regular gummy melatonins. This pill doesn't give extended sleep (for me at least). I've been taking them almost a week. I was looking for a full 8 hours it never happened. They smell awful, I don't stay asleep extended hours (I probably get 4 hrs), and I have next day grogginess. They do help you sleep nevertheless. Their REGULAR lavender gummies guarantee 6 hours and this EXTENDED SLEEP pill guarantees 6 hours or more. Overall, for me, I'll stick to their lavender gummies. They smell better lol, they're delicious, I stay asleep a pretty long time, puts ME to sleep much quicker, and no next day grogginess.
All other sleeping pills are taking including prescriptions can get me to sleep but I won't stay asleep. So I got this thinking the extended release should work. I think I maybe got 4 hours of sleep and then was awake as opposed to the regular 2 hours I usually get with the other ones. Not truly the effective as it claims.
I have to take 3 to got to sleep! I thought I smelled a messed up scent the first time and the next time I took them I had my fiancé smell them they literally smell like poop!!! I wish I could add a scent in the picture box!! I'll stick with the liquid that I've been taking for 12 years!
I bought two of these because, while they do work, they seem to be impossible to find at any store, and shipping is so obnoxious. They arrived today, and the very first thing I saw was their expiration date. Both boxes expire tomorrow. I will have to use them anyway, because it's not like I have any choice. They can't be purchased anywhere despite living in a major metroplex. And if I attempt to buy online again, not only would I have to wait several days, but will probably be shipped boxes from the same batch, if they have not thrown them out yet due to expiration. I have another pharmaceutical product shipment arriving. I pray those aren't expired as well.
Worthless. I've used Melatonin before. My doctor recommends 5 mg one-half hour before bed. I wanted something that would have longer lasting results than what I've used before. Even taking twice the recommended doseage produced absolutely no results. This is nothing more than a placebo.
