Great frame
It a great frame for the puzzle I put together. It looks really good on my wall. It was sent in a very safe package and I wasn't concerned of chips. Will be ordering another one once I finish more puzzles.

Love the frame
The only thing I was disappointed was it didn't have the black backboard but I was able to text customer service and they were able to send me out one and greatly appreciated it thanks again

Product is the same as the photo
The frame arrived in excellent condition. The fram is also the size stated. The frame is very light weight. I did not look close enough at the photo. The tabs that hold the back of the frame in place are the tyype you bend into place. They will break off after just a few times if you change your framed puzzles very often. If you like to leave the same puzzle in the frame you will be fine. At this price point I expected higher quallity.

too small
too small. 1000 piece puzzle didn't fit had to take off 1 row to make it work. good quality and packaged well to avoid damage.
