Apmex has an excellent reputation.
Apmex is one of highest rated bullion dealers and their silver bars are easy to sell to wholesalers when time comes. When two bars were not delivered by FedX, Apmex made sure I received a replacement as soon as possible!

Amazing Silver
It’s 10oz of .999 silver at an unbeatable price. Thank you APMEX, Walmart, and WSS. 10oz of silver, in one piece, in your hand (as opposed to someone’s vault, in only god knows which country) is absolutely an amazing feeling as well as sight! Silver is the most reflective metal and it shows. This bar may be simple, but it’s still gloriously beautiful.

Fast shipped bullion.
These come quickly, and at a fair markup over spot price. You can't get signature confirmation here though, which I prefer, only usps standard delivery. I have noticed though the prices on these have been steadily going up, even though spot price hasn't. I've started going elsewhere for the signature feature.

Product ok, sales process questionable
Apmec bars as advertised and I got what was expected. Apmex is a trusted company. The problem I had was that Walmart charged me sales tax in MN where it should have been a tax exempt sale, just like food or chothes. It took three calls to customer service to get someone who understood my issue and issue a refund. People that haven't purchased precious metals before may not know this and be overcharged Walmart should have a better handle on this.

NEVER SHIP FED EX AGAIN
I never want you to have Fed EX leave $1475 worth of silver sitting in front of the door of my apartment again. Next time you use Fed EX, I'll return my Silver or Gold, and NEVER buy precious metal from Walmart again. It sat there for HOURS !
