10 Year Battery Combo Alarm

It's nice to know that this is a 10 year battery! I don't need to be going up ladders anymore to check/replace fire alarm batteries.

Easy to install. Best is no worries for 10 years!

I like the ease of installation.

I have this alarm in my house and would highly recommend it. It doesn't make annoying sounds when the battery runs out, which I've had to deal with for other alarms and there are not a lot of false alarms!

Simple to install, could not be easier. Love the fact it lasts 10 years with no battery replacements so value and no need to think about it. One reviewer wrote it is no longer usable after breaking tab but that isn't done until it's 10 yrs old, unless battery fails sooner. So that is not a negative at all, he misunderstood I think. This is cheaper than buying similar featured smoke and CO separately, and I have 2 smoke detectors already, so this suits me well. I didn't test it with smoke or CO but good brand, I assume it will work in an emergency. No false alarm when cooking, it's about 20 feet from kitchen.

instructions a bit confusing on the enable disable for the device but once figured out it worked okay, easy to install and would definitely buy again if required, i like the idea you do not have to change the batteries twice a year with moving the clocks forward and backward, 10 year battery is terrific

Easy to install. Will be nice not to have to replace batteries every year. So far the alarms have not went off while I'm boiling water on the stove the way my old smoke detectors used to do.. That's nice. Time will tell how well they work. But hopefully I will never find out. Also like how much slimmer they are than my old ones.

Very convenient product since no battery change required and lasts 10 years with dual co and smoke detection ability.

Easily installed, and set up. Perfect for rental properties and tenants who remove the batteries. Highly recommended.

Easy to install as it comes with 2 screws and the wall anchors if needed. One thing to note is these units are a ONE time use only. Should the alarm get triggered by smoke and/or carbon dioxide the alarm will go off, as designed, but their is no way to deactivate. Per the instructions doing a deactivation of the alarm will result in a PERMANENT deactivation. This is something to keep in mind of using these 10-year no replace battery units vs the older units where you must replace the battery yearly. You can test the unit whenever you like as it does have a test button.
