Kidde Fire Extinguisher 1-A:10-B:C, Model KD82-110ABC

Well it's looks like a fire extinguisher and ...we'll it doesn't smell like anything. Kinda metallic when you lick it. I gave 5 stars for ease of use but I haven't actually used it yet. So far so good! I'll come back and let you know more if something bad happens.

The price and delivery were great. The only hiccup was mine, as I didn't measure the circumference of these, and they are too big around to fit in the clip in my RV. It won't be a problem until we have to move it again, as I live in a park. As for performance, hopefully I never have to test that.

Good quality, reasonable price. Perfect size for small area. The pull pin should be sized a bit tighter to fit. Pin is too loose and could be easily lost. I would recommend putting a piece of tape on the exposed end, opposite the pull ring. Keeps the pin in place, and will offer only enough resistance to hold pin in place.

Purchased October 2025, as of today 2/28/26 the gauge needle is on the line between full and empty, and we haven't used it at all. And it's non rechargeable. And it's now past the return window. Waste of money, bought because Kidde is supposed to be one of the top brands. Had a previous one that lasted over a decade.

Obviously I haven't used these extinguishers, and hope I never need to! However, they arrived quickly, they were affordable enough that I purchased one for each floor of our new vacation rental property, The Lookout in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Although this serves the purpose intended for purchase, when taken out of the box the date on it was already 2 years old. As this would affect most, I run an in home daycare and at 10 years old, they have to be replaced. I've lost 2 years and didn't even own them yet.

Have not had to use it as of yet (thank goodness!). The price is right and the size is manageable, would recommend that everyone get several and keep them accessible!

Looks like it well made. Has a gauge on it to let you know if it is charged. It's a reputable brand name. It's a fire extinguisher, hope I never have to use it

Kidde Basic Fire Extinguisher is the number 1 Extinguisher to have in your kitchen, or the larger version. It has specific instructions and is easy to use. I would always recommend this brand.

These Kidde Fire Extinguishers are the perfet size: big enough to handle a large indoor residential fire and compact ebough that I know my wife could operate it, if necessary. Also, they handle all three types of fires I know from experience that Kidde is as reliable name as ther is. I also have Kidde smoke and carbon monoxide detectors protecting my house.
