Was purchased for my grandson for Christmas. The tablet keeps shutting down once powered up, even when plugged into an outlet. I've begun the return process. I am disappointed because it was a great price.

after having the tablet for only a month and half, it would no longer charge. purchased the optional protection plan and was told have to contact the manufacturer. my daughter has luterally cried eveyday and now at 2 mo ths i am still trying to get the issue resolved or a replacement

I am so disappointed! I purchased this tablet for my daughter because she wanted a tablet with a keyboard and I thought this would be a good option. I purchased it bit then waited to hive it to her for her birthday which was still a couple months away, well that was a huge mistake because have it to her and she was soooo excited only to be let down, the tablet won't even power on. I tried everything. so basicly it was a complete waste of $60.00 buyer beware do NOT throw your money away on this one!!!

I Had brought 2 for my kids and within a week they both stolped working and the battery kept dying i couldn't send them back because i didnt have the box

I don't know what it look like or how it works, because once again I've been waiting on this tablet and the one before since Christmas. I'm really trying to understand why me and watching a 6yr old cry is hurting my feelings

it stop working on my 2 months later .waste of money the only reason why I haven't returned it is because I travel alot I'm a travel Nurse and I'm pretty busy

Purchased this for my granddaughter for Christmas,she took really good care of it so her next one could be a iPad, she went to bed with it working woke up and it wouldn't come on. Called Walmart and it has a 90 day warranty from both party's so there you go not hardly 7months and stopped working. Don't waste your money.

while the device had an overall good aesthetic look to it the case was a poor quality the application for the parental controls kept looping and then the battery just refused to charge. yes
