This is an okay tablet. The battery is lucky if it lasts 3 hours - keep having to operate this tablet while it is plugged in. The screen size is decent although a bit 'soft'. The unit feels solid in my hands. The speakers are poorly located and have poor sound, but using plugged in headphones works and sound good. It is better than not having a tablet at all, or as a beginner tablet for a child or student but otherwise I don't think this practical.
this thing is pretty and the halo light is nice.......but res for the screen is sluggish and the op system is Lag heaven,thats if you can crawl to the next window after the 1982 boot time....... can't win for losing with getting tablets from Walmart app.......think im going to roll the dice with amazon or maybe even Temu at this point,it can't get much worse,i hope not 😮💨😮💨😮💨😞😫😫
No microSD card slot. Item was described as expandable to 1tb. There was a card removal device (little plastic thing), but no slot in the tablet. The user guide also shows a slot in the schematic. I gave it two stars for overall ease of set up and the accessories included (ear buds, keyboard mouse and stylus.
Device doesn’t have the RAM memory it states as it is not dedicate memory and shared. Very slow due to low RAM.
i bought for my elderly mother and it was locked with unknown code..had to factory reset before could even open it . Once it booted up it was already getting pretty warm by battery..i don't recommend this tablet for anyone to purchase it's not worth any amount they claim is on sale for..
This tablet is horrible it freeze to quick. hard to press on the screen. and many more reasons it’s something wrong with it….but honestly this tablet was brought for my 1 year old child….and I’m not satisfied with anything about this tablet but as soon as I get the chance this tablet is going back to Walmart with the box I have the receipt recommended on my phone from when this item was prrchase.! Very disappointed
Order this on the Black Friday sale that ran from the 11th to the 17th. Wrong item arrived. Spoke to customer service, then spoke to a manager. I told me the item is unavailable and not sure when the item would be available. This was bought as a birthday present. The item received was a white PS 4 controller. If there is option to leave 0 stars I would.
I received this tablet 2 days ago and am going to return because I cant get it to do anything but turn on and off. The manual that came with it only had 3 small pages and only took you thru charging, turning on and turning off. I tried to locate manual on internet for it but was pretty much unsuccessful there. It comes with charger and cable and that's it. I am very disappointed in it. Price was good but going to spend a little more money and get something I can work. It could be the tablet that isn't right or it could be me not knowing how to use it. Next person that buys one may have good things to say about it but for me it wasn't a good fit.
The tablet dies really quick. Gets hot when it charges. Didn't feel like taking it back and having to get a whole new tablet etc. Disappointed
