Great price for this luggage. It's not hard case it's flexible but for the price it is definitely worth it.

I bought this set to go on vacation a cruise we all know how luggage gets treated when in a hurry a friend of mine bought a set similar little more expensive and hers was tore up before she got her vacation spot mine lasted the trip up and back held up very nicely held up held a whole lot of stuff took a licking and kept on ticking I would strongly support this product sleek and nice

I specifically purchased this for my husband to use for a trip January 20th 2026 (we ordered it on black Friday) and received it January 12th. The evening before his trip, while packing, the zipper on the largest case broke... leaving it useless. The largest case was the most important one! I guess you get what you pay for, never again.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. The suitcase didn't survive a single trip, and the seller keeps stalling without providing a refund or replacement. I feel the product is not worth what I paid.”

Used once and ripped

They charged me $30 shipping, which I didn't realize since I'm a Walmart member. They are VERY strict on the 30 day return policy. Next time, I'll buy from Costco!!

Horrible product. Locks go bad after a short period of time, to the point that you'll be locked out of your OWN BAG!!!! I haven't even gotten to travel and use the bags yet!!

They did not even last through one trip had to duct tape them together to get it back home would not recommend this luggage to anyone. If I could give it negative stars I would.
