This daiya gluten free white cheddar Mac n cheese is so good. You have to add milk alternative and butter alternative and you have a great vegan Mac n cheese. I used soy milk and earth balance soy butter this white cheddar Mac n cheese is the best Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. It would make a great side or a meal. I really love daiya and I have been purchasing their products for 10 years now. I would recommend this always.

This tastes better than you would think! The texture and taste are indistinguishable from "regular" box mac-n-cheese. I love these, and have them on consistent rotation. It's a convenient snack. One box makes about two small servings, suitable for a side dish. Or one whole box with some added protein (shredded chicken) is enough for a meal for one person.

Let’s face it, you really cannot compare plant cheese to animal milk cheese, they just aren’t in the same class. But, in comparison with other plant based cheese products, Daiya is at the forefront it flavor and melt consistency. Always have been. These taste like a 9 out of 10 to real cheese, and that’s doing pretty dang good, considering how it’s made from plants. I’ve been using the Daiya brand ever since about 2013, when I got ahold of a 4lb chub of their Cheddar Cheese, which you needed to heat to melting point and you’d swear it was cheese. So, the point is, I try their stuff and they just keep on delivering the goods. I’m a fan!

Delicious easy to make pasta holds up well taste it very similar to the non dairy versions. Cheese taste is spot on. I just use a little water to mix the powder cheese in instead of coconut milk and it works great!!! Highly recommend!!

I do enjoy this brand of mac and cheese but not this particular recipe of packaging. you have to add your own milk and butter with this recipe. spend the extra few cents and getting the package where the cheese is already ready to be added..

Daiya has come a long way since they first introduced plant-based products years ago. It is hands down one of the best, if not the best, mac %26 cheese available. They are super easy to make and so creamy!

Out of all the vegan Mac and cheese (I eat this as I am lactose intolerant) products I’ve tried this brand is my favorite. They have the most accurate cheese flavor out there.

Listen, I have been dairy free gluten-free for almost 20 years so I was excited that this product existed. Unfortunately it taste disgusting, very salty and the cheese packet smell is enough to take you out. Would not recommend sadly.

This mac and cheese is so extremely processed. They market it as a "healthier option" but it's definitely not. I ate as much as I could handle because the taste was awful. It was like eating water noodles with a spoiled taste. Now my stomach feels sick. Will not be purchasing again.

The old sauce version was way better. It is actually thick and tasty. This new powdered version dissolves and it tastes extremely weird and feels like you are just eating flavorless pasta. I will not buy this again
