Because I use it for cleaning up after anything gross (like handling raw meat) it is so nice to have it in a spray bottle that is brown, so people won't confuse it with water and spray it in their hair or something. I haven't researched all the uses, but I bet there are a lot. A.I. says: It's a powerful sanitizer that kills bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. It's environmentally friendly because it breaks down into water and oxygen, making it a greener alternative for some cleaning and bleaching tasks, and is an effective cleaner that cuts through grease and removes stains. So if you have baking soda on hand to mitigate fungi, I think you've got a remedy for most germs. A.I. also says you can safely mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda (which may inhibit the growth of fungi) to create an effective, non-toxic cleaning paste or solution for various household tasks. The combination creates a fizzing reaction that releases oxygen gas, which helps break down stains, cut through soap scum, and eliminate odors.
I like this spray peroxide because it's not as messy as when you have to pour you lose more when you pour then you do when you spray it so I enjoyed that part. I'm not necessarily like the putting it on the wounds, but it's still good at product that I would recommend for anybody.
Very convenient. I have 3-kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. They don't hold much but are refillable once you get the lid off. There's some kind of locking tab. Petroleum jelly solves the problem. Refill with funnel. One bottle wouldn't spray until I enlarged the hole with a toothpick. Trigger takes a slow, hard pull. If you can afford it, buy bigger, better spray bottles. Get BROWN so you don't forget and spray the dog!
I got the size in the spray bottle for spraying down our mattress during spring cleaning. Very convenient in this form. To buy a larger size to refill a spray bottle would have been wasteful; peroxide loses its strength within six months of opening. It's only a good buy if you get to make use of it.
BEST way to use hydrogen peroxide!!! When I saw that this hydrogen peroxide was an actual spray bottle I almost feel over!! I love to use HP around the base of the commode to help eliminate those funky orders!! Now with this added spray attachment it makes spraying that area so much easier!! It's the best way to also use as a cleaner around the house too without all the crazy chemicals. The value for is great especially with the cost of everything! Thank you Walmart!!
This spray is a staple in my cabinet—affordable, easy to use, and effective for basic household cleaning and disinfecting. I know it would be more eco-friendly to transfer peroxide into a reusable glass spray bottle, but I'm hesitant about exposing it to air or light during the transfer. Until I find a better solution, I just keep buying these. It's not fancy, but it's reliable and convenient, which counts for a lot.
I bought 2 (since they're small) for my ex-husband after he had carotid artery surgery. Came in very handy as he was not allowed to rub the incision (it was glued, not stitched). He didn't even used 1/2 of one of them but will keep them for "just in case" moments.
i purchased this to use on mold on drywall… the spray bottle is rather small but i assumed i could easily replenish it when i ran out. I was wrong. the cap is not a conventional screw on sprayer … it has mysterious splines that make unscrewing and re screwing the sprayer VERY DIFFICULT and its secure closer quite a crap shoot. … very disappointing. Im replenishing the peroxide with Walmart product, but, I guess they assume that the only way to make money on this item is to force a repurchase… not happening, brother. I'm disgusted enough to find alternatives.
Really convenient to have this come in a spray bottle that is opaque on the outside so light doesn't damage the chemical. LADIES: keep this in your laundry room and liberally spray any blood stains; sometimes I do 2 rounds of sprays (it foams up, kinda cool). Very effective.
When I got home from picking up my order this was spilled out all in the bag it was in. I am thankful the person picking the order put it in a bag by itself! Also I did receive a credit when I had to take my time out to call it in and report it %26 get my money back. I'm also thankful it didn't get all over my vehicle! That stuff smells especially in this heat….. dodged a bullet!!
