Easy to download on to. 1500 tunes and room for 5000 more. Easy to navigate screen an power / volume buttons. Well worth the price.
It's easy to copy music and films to player. It is difficult to find all of your stored entertainment. Maybe , I'm not doing it correctly, but I find it difficult, except if you select resume and then you can find your music. Films are hard to find. Still, for an an alternative to using your phone, this is good when vpcopying from Windows. It's not compatible with apple products.
The online ordering process is very efficient and delivery was awesome. My item was delivered on time and right to my door. The packaging was very professional and I could not he happier. Thank you for such wonderful customer service and support.

Player has a fairly intuitive menu. it allows for making playlists on the device which is nice. However, it doesn't like my m4a music files, which I have quite a few.
it cuts off randomly, can not put sd card in a phone to transfer songs from the phone to sd card because once you put the sd back in the mp3 and expect to hear music you transferred from your phone it states that the formatted file is unsupported
it wasn't the quality of audio I would needed to use.
Didn't work when I got it. Looked nice, and appeared to be a great product, but never charged or turned on or anything. The ones that work may be spectacular, but this one didn't work.
First, the written instructions were so TINY--not small but TINY 3 of 4 of us could not read them with a magnifying glass. And then, because we couldn't, and probably other things, we were not able to download audio books despite the reference to ebooks in the advertising and on the screen. Most cannot be downloaded to and MP3 player. Don't get this unless you are clear what you want to download and what device you want it to work with.
