I love the easy set up and use! It’s also nice how it works with EVERY camera even thought it’s not theirs! I love the vocal alarm and spotlight that is on it and how it’s TWO WAY sound! I can speak to people through the camera and they can speak to me! One thing I wish was better was video quality (specifically the night vision)! It’s hard to see some things at night because the contrast isn’t the greatest! I would definitely buy again if needed!

product works great. customer service sucks. i had to purchase a knock-off cable because they would not send me a replacement. i guess i missed something in the 20 different ways they want to verify my purchase.

can it be exchanged for an updated model?

Everything looks nice but I have to return the camera system. After opening the box and reading the instructions, I learned that the only way to connect the base unit to the internet was through a wired ethernet cable connected to your router. The base unit cannot connect wirelessly to any wireless internet. The base unit must be placed next to your router with the 3 foot long supplied cable. This doesn't work for me. I want the base unit placed in my office, not next to my router in the living room. This limitation is the reason that I am returning the unit. I mean really, what product doesn't connect wirelessly to the internet these days?

Just poor quality all the way around so I returned it.

I ordered the security cameras and they had the option of buying used ones and new ones I ended up buying new thinking I'll get better results and when I opened the box they had send me used ones so not even try to install them and return them I can't trust a company that give you used equipment for the price of new

This was ordered with a pair of shoes. Shoes were delivered but this security system was NOT delivered. I have it on camera and the photo showing only one box was delivered and Walmart still won’t provide a refund. So now I’m just out $350. I would suggest you do NOT order this and only purchase in store it you want it. I’d give no stars if possible.

ive reset the app on my phone ive tried to restore the app etc and still cant receive notifications

I NEVER did get my cancellation I am still paying on these cameras my AFFIRM is still being charged makes me very upset Please help with this

Can’t v even download the app until has no power button only way to operate is only with the app not cool because the app doesn’t even work
