I had a small gap that needed to be caulked, this was the perfect fit. Material is very flexible and comes in a nice long coil. I am going to order the larger size to have on hand for future issues

I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it will work. The one thing I was not pleased with is the fact that it was not in a storage container of some sort - 100 ft. loose in an envelope. I have used a larger backer rod in the past, purchased from a retail store, that came in a cardboard storage box with a hole in the top to feed the foam rod through as needed. And, included on the outside of the box is the size, length and whether or not it is closed cell. Therefore, when I received this order, I made a storage container similar to that one and added the necessary information to the outside of the box. It makes sense, is handy for using what is needed, and a convenient way of storing it.
