SCAM
I did not receive a spool of ribbon. What I received was someone cut some ribbon, rolled it up, placed a rubber band around it and mailed it. I am so disappointed in Walmart that I am leaning more to shopping at Target and Amazon. It is ridiculous that Walmart is NOT VETTING PRODUCTS. This is happening so many times to me. I live far from a Walmart and they bet on that for returns. RIDICULOUS DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT OR VENDOR!

Poor Customer Service
The ribbon is beautiful but the color is not Plum it's more purple than Plum. Customer service would not allow me to return the $2.79 ribbon. They would rather lose a customer than refund $2.79! Plus I paid for shipping! I am done ordering from third party retailers on Walmart.com. I'd give them a zero for customer service.
