I bought these for work. While at my desk I use them in my chair or standing up. They work great !! I bought 2 sets so I can use at home also.

Love the easy clips that allow for quick changes. Would highly recommend getting a 5-point door anchor to increase the variety of exercises you can use these with. After weeks of daily use, I have zero complaints. This is excellent for me (50yo) as well as my parents.

I mainly purchased this to help me with my recovery from recent shoulder surgery. Therefore it has helped with my at home physical therapy. I will continue to use them for other exercises as well.

The variety of resistance bands allows you to find what works for you. Also the extras included makes it easier to attach the bands to what you might want to use. I would recommend this product.

Great item for the price. Nothing fancy but does what you want it to do. Bands are strong I don't see myself working beyond what this item will do any time soon.

These bands were just what I was looking for. I am going to physical therapy, and the different resistance weight comes in handy. I do wish that there was at least 2 sets of handles so I didn’t have to change them when I use a different band.

Two issues with the product. 1. The Velcro bands that wrap around your ankles are very weak and do not hold : even under light tension. 2. The instruction booklet is a single sheet of paper with difficult to understand illustrations only. No verbiage. You need a magnifying glass to View.

You have to max out the extension of the bands to get even close to the stated resistance and then it feels like they are about to snap. They're made from very sticky and thin rubber and the nylon parts are also thin and cheap. If you need something to approximate lifting weights, these don't cut it.

The bands themselves and the accessories are fine. The carabiners however are junk. I have only had this set for a few weeks and two of the carabiners have already failed. If you buy this set, plan on buying some decent carabiners as well. Good for travel and hotel use as the set does not take up much room in your suitcase, but you will need to make that second purchase.

False Ratings on all the bands. They are nowhere near the 50lb or 40lb resistance range stated. I am an average american male and would say these would only be okay for the very elderly or infirm.
