These are a little longer than i expected, but that has not been a problem at all. im 72 years old with many medical issues. these have helped so much with my mobility and stamina. i would recommend them to anyone. i enjoy the exercises with them. They enable me to do the exercises without hurting.

Love the easy clips that allow for quick changes. Would highly recommend getting a 5-point door anchor to increase the variety of exercises you can use these with. After weeks of daily use, I have zero complaints. This is excellent for me (50yo) as well as my parents.

The part you hook up to the door is not strong enough. I am concerned that this item could damage the door, because when you pull, you can feel the plastic part might break. Other than that, it seems to be a good product. I can bench press more than 300 pounds, and I tried these bands in the same position I would use to bench press. The resistance might be a bit less than 300 pounds.

They are made well and the adjustable weight adjustment bands are a good option. The only negative is the small clips tend to hit my calf but just a rub. Made well and I recommend if you’re looking to work out without weights. Lost 15lbs. Using bands and a proper diet.(associate).

Two issues with the product. 1. The Velcro bands that wrap around your ankles are very weak and do not hold : even under light tension. 2. The instruction booklet is a single sheet of paper with difficult to understand illustrations only. No verbiage. You need a magnifying glass to View.

The bands themselves and the accessories are fine. The carabiners however are junk. I have only had this set for a few weeks and two of the carabiners have already failed. If you buy this set, plan on buying some decent carabiners as well. Good for travel and hotel use as the set does not take up much room in your suitcase, but you will need to make that second purchase.

You have to max out the extension of the bands to get even close to the stated resistance and then it feels like they are about to snap. They're made from very sticky and thin rubber and the nylon parts are also thin and cheap. If you need something to approximate lifting weights, these don't cut it.

well they lied about the resistance strength!! its only 100lbs not 150. They also dont bounce back like you would expect them to. i guess we will see how long they last!

The delivery people on weekends deserve zero stars!! This is not even my complex .. I spend a lot of money at Walmart and deserve better!! Tired of hearing I am sorry!! I have NEVER had a successful weekend delivery!! The best customer service could offer was another attempt in 48 hours.. Nope!!!

False Ratings on all the bands. They are nowhere near the 50lb or 40lb resistance range stated. I am an average american male and would say these would only be okay for the very elderly or infirm.
