I love the Mac! No crashes, no annoying updates like windows. I can open it and get to work with no problems.

I finally broke down and bought an Apple, after all the others ( HP, Dell ) very happy 😊 spending the extra.

Glad I spend more on the Apple product. They're just higher end products.

While this laptop is truly fast, lightweight and clean, unless one is familiar with Mac it is not a super easy set up. I am accustomed to using iPhones and iPads and I didn't expect the Mac setup to be so foreign. I have yet to be able to connect my other devices wirelessly. The Wi-Fi was an easy setup as was connecting to my printer. Once setup, it is a very basic laptop with many familiar programs. I believe, unless one is dead set on an Apple laptop, I believe you can get a similar, non-Apple lap top for substantially less. I don't hate it but may never buy another.

Told Walmart FedEx didn't deliver my package to my home. They said “a photo was taken of the delivery you can view this on fedexs app” after explaining that it didn't work and I still do not have my computer they were rude and said we have done our part and will not be helping you any further. Have a nice day.

Immediately upon opening the package I was suprised that the laptop would not turn on. Worse: it would not charge when connected to the adapter in the box. The problem is not the adapter, because it charges my existing laptop, and using my existing charger (which is known to work) in this laptop fails to charge it as well (the green light on the connection port does not turn on). Now I need to start a return, which is annoying enough, but the walmart site also says it's having technical problems, and to "try again momentarily". So, so annoying.

MacBook is a good brand however do not buy from Walmart because they are by third party vendor called DataVision Computer Service. DataVision has poor customer service. You will be holding for over 30 minutes. Customer Service doesn't know how to respond in a timely and respectful manner. You can hear kids screaming and children crying in the background. Also, DataVision will not honor price matching although the MacBook was purchased through Walmart. If you are looking to purchase big brand items, do not buy at Walmart because they will not honor their vendors. Purchase your big items at Costco.

They sold me a laptop that was marked as brand new. It was sold in July and returned, and sold as new and not working. it did not say it was refurbished. I went into Apple because it wasn't connecting to the Internet and the warranty was due in July 2024 when I bought it in December 2023. The warranty should've been been over in December 2024. I returned it.
