The overall size is very important to us as we are older and needed that for our eyesight and dexterity. It's been quite a few years since either of us have had a pc, and this modal makes it easier to adapt. Also, it was value priced. Highly recommend.

So far so good! For under $200 I got a great computer with a graphics card (this is amazing) and so far my work with graphics animation is going well. I have been looking for a few months to be honest and feel so lucky that I found exactly what I needed and not a lot of what I have no interest in.

everything works as said. fast and great. I just started experiencing issues which isnt great where its getting hot and shutting down. for the ram and power this has i should beable to easily have 2 youtube mp4 and mp3 downloading apps open including google chrome on YouTube but its seems to not able to handle it which im probably honna be returning because on my cheap 100$ hp i could have the same programs open and not have 1 issue with over heating and its 5years old while this is brand new but for the 2 hours worth its a great pc nothing bad to say and can do everything

I love this latop. The sleek and slim design feels comfortable for use. I like the ram, storage, and ghz turbo boost specs. I currently run Fl studio 24 and it runs smooth even with multiple plug-ins and midi keyboard attached. Minor cons I would say is the battery life. It's really 4 hours fully charged unlike the 8 hours that advertised. Also very minor, I was under the impression this keyboard was backlit, based on other reviews of this product but isn't. I wasn't able to find anything about this in the manual and software settings. This also doesn't have regular hdmi alot but instead the mini hdmi, don't know why. Overall for the price, this is a pretty decent laptop for creative work or basic tasks on a budget.

Comes preloaded with Trial version of office 365, however if you want to load a purchased version of office, you have no choice BUT to reinstall windows and office. Then, when you do that, you realize the laptop didn’t come with ANY freakin drivers AND…. The manufacturer makes it impossible to contact them. I literally only have an email address to which they won’t respond to - and a mailing address….. in CHINA! Come on, do better! And while you’re at it - return my messages!!

Battery could not last and afternoon. Idle. Drained quickly on standby. Twice the screen started to blur and jump with no picture/video, just jumping static. I had a difficult time getting the computer to reboot.

This computer sucks, it’s defective and slow. Haven’t even had it that long and it has problems charging and it’s stuck at no battery life and won’t charge no matter what $200 down the drain

The charger cord was not in the box and there is no way to order a new charger cord that will work with this computer. We have not been able to use this computer yet because we cannot find a cord to order that will work with this laptop!

Most of the reviews here seem to be fake but I’ll tell you the pros and cons of this laptop ! Pros : 16 gigs of ram and a good amount of storage space thats about itttt. Cons : the letters and numbers on the keyboard only works! Sound button, pause, rewind, brightness buttons do not workkk! You can play games it just looks very blurry due to the graphics card ! The mouse pad is only clickable on the left and right side not all around which is a bummer.

The charger came broken with no prongs. In Store refused to warantee it out and said they couldn't help me because I bought it through the app. I was also told that the extra protection that I bought couldn't be used until the laptop was a year old. I've only had it two weeks. I DO NOT recommend using this seller or purchasing this through WalMart.
