I'm not trying to take this bike I'm been trying to find the number to have someone to talk to me shut down with all my pictures in it and it said something then it was the same scanning or making fixing problem and that's all it's done so I've been trying to find someone to talk to so I'm not sure about a lot of things

I purchased this laptop with Windows 11 Pro installed, but it keeps showing the message “Activate Windows.” No activation code was provided at all. I contacted the seller for advise, but there has been no response. This is very disappointing and inconvenient. I do not recommend this product or this seller.

This item took forever to setup then it was slow and kept locking up, requiring constant restart. I need it for host work, and cannot make guests wait when my computer doesn't work right. I would not get paid if reported to my employer. That's a chance I cannot take. Submtted by Jolie's husband

This computer is very slow and sometimes had a hard time coming up. After 1 and 1/2 months it didn't come up. After doing all the recommendations suggested. I had to wipe out everything to reinstall windows without saving anything. Returned to Walmart. Thank goodness for a good return policy!

the only problem I personally had with the computer is that it's too slow to play games on but if you want to use it for something else 😁 It's not bad for the price!!

When you download one game, it takes forever for it to even load the game. The CPU go to 100 as soon as eight tries to load the game and then it won't even open it.

This laptop feels impossible to set up. It's incredibly slow, and the charging cord is very short. I cannot use it anywhere in my home without extension cord. I'm asking for a refund.

This product was supposed to come with a year of Microsoft 365 along with the other advertised features included it the cost that were not on the computer. When I tried to activate/download the apps I was charged over $600 dollars. Then I replied to the software service %26 emails regarding the charges to no avail. Now I am being charged again for the cost! Do not believe the description or advertisement on what comes with the purchase of this devise. It's a scam

The screen stopped working after two months. I emailed the customer service and no response. Don't buy this product.

The seller made this a scam of a laptop , they shouldn't be in business . This should be reported to BBB
