If there was a users guide included with the device it would have been better. You have to go online to download the users guide but if you're device isn't set up yet then going online is difficult

Doesn't exist. They wont help.
I want a full refund on this 'service' I have tried three times now to get assistance with my computer and each time am told that they cannot help me because of an issue with their system. I've re-registered twice now and still haven't been able to access any set up assistance.

Can not get in touch with tech support paid for. Mo contact info enclosed. Can not get emailbon new laptop so if they sentbemail I can't access it without tech support

The young man Raffel how no clue as to how to help me. I finally told him I was going to get off the phone. I informed him if I could not figure it out I'd call him back. I was very disappointed in this tech support.

Hard time with this part. Set was only by phone direction. I thought they would come into my home. So this would not work out for me by phone, I am too old. So, trying to get the set up charge refunded, was a real hassle. Back and forth, passing it on to someone else. Finally, Remi in the online order dept., took the time to help me and get it done! So grateful to this employee.

this does not even earn 1 star in my opinion. I need help setting up my new laptop and they know NOTHING!!!! what a waste of time and money!!!
