We do not use a lot of sugar, thus to purchase a 5 or 10 lb bag means we need to come up with a storage container to put it in. Also, the smaller boxes of sugar are too high when purchased in small quantities. The NJoy containers are just the right size, the sugar is able to be stored in a compact container.

We initially ordered 2 cases. When they were delivered, there was more sugar inside the cardboard box than in the canisters. So, I processed a return to have them resend canisters we could actually use and ended up in the same situation. There is no protective packaging inside the box when shipped and it caused damage to 75% of the product.

A picture is better to describe what I received. It took forever to get to me. I was issued a refund when I called Walmart to tell them I didn't get my order, then charged again because it was delivered a month later. When I tried to explain that it was delivered damaged. I was told that no pictures were needed, that they would look into it. I received an email that said refund was denied because the seller said it was delivered. If I wanted a refund I was asked to send the items back. Who keeps opened sugar in a business to return a month later, if they have already being given a refund? Anyway. They got me - don't let them get you.
