Pros: It was cheap, meaning inexpensive. 2 different sized chains, and switching is easy, extra batterie. I am now sold on the idea of a cordless handheld mini chainsaw.
Cons: It was cheap, meaning poor quality, all plastic parts, can't imagine that it would last more than a year with even normal usage. Batteries had very poor life, 10-15 cuts before needing to change or charge, Works much better on green wood than dry wood, saw tends to kick back a lot on dry branches. Blade binds and sticks pretty easily. Pole feature was completely useless. Saw would bind or kick anytime it was used out of arms reach.
Overall I think I like the product, just not this product. I plan on returning this saw an purchasing a slightly larger (less cheap) version, without the pole. Looks like I will go back to the manual pole saw, but look forward to putting a new, better, cordless mini chainsaw to work!
