I bougt this for a friend that is small. She uesed it to cut down 4 crepe trees down with no issues. very easy to put together %26 to operate.
The operation principle of this chainsaw is consistent with the advertisement. I need a Pole Saw to cut higher branches, which is obviously safer and more efficient than using a ladder.
This is a very good Cordless Pole Saw with complete accessories, including a long pole, two batteries, and two different-sized chains. It is definitely worth the money!
Wouldn't cut a stem. It really sucks

Pros: It was cheap, meaning inexpensive. 2 different sized chains, and switching is easy, extra batterie. I am now sold on the idea of a cordless handheld mini chainsaw. Cons: It was cheap, meaning poor quality, all plastic parts, can't imagine that it would last more than a year with even normal usage. Batteries had very poor life, 10-15 cuts before needing to change or charge, Works much better on green wood than dry wood, saw tends to kick back a lot on dry branches. Blade binds and sticks pretty easily. Pole feature was completely useless. Saw would bind or kick anytime it was used out of arms reach. Overall I think I like the product, just not this product. I plan on returning this saw an purchasing a slightly larger (less cheap) version, without the pole. Looks like I will go back to the manual pole saw, but look forward to putting a new, better, cordless mini chainsaw to work!
Battery don't last long
missing half the accessories, contacted wal mart was told to wait to see if a second package with parts , nothing came , this is the 5th time ordering merchandise from Wal Mart that I've had problems with online orders , think im done purchasing from WalMart ,
This thing is a joke ! The so called "instructions " are not in any way useful! Such a waste of time and money, I will be returning it. I don't recommend anyone waste their time with this
