This item is DANGEROUS! When you push the safety button, pull the trigger the blade(s) turn. When you release the trigger the blades continue to spin FOR A MINIMUM OF 30 SECONDS! No matter which blade you are using, this machine only stops after physics stops it! You can end up hurting yourself, or someone around you. This needs to be returned for a full refund!

I received the box from the post office which was ripped on one side and after speaking with Peter from the Fremont, NC post office, he told me that the box arrived open and broken, upon which time he tapped that box closed. I reviewed the content based on Walmart's web site and many of the components were missing, like the batteries, wheels, charger, and cutting blades. I would look at the USPS shipping department to find out who is stealing items from packages and I would recommend that sellers use unmarked boxes to help avoid theft.
