For the money this is a great saw. works great for big limbs and any small bushes, trees. I wish it had a chain cover and if you put the hand handle and guard on it, it doesn't fit in the case, and the battery lasts about 15 min or so......again though....great value for the money. Very happy with the product overall.

I am really impressed with the saw.. I have used it for trimming both red cedar and sweet gum trees, and it performs beautifully. My only gripe is that there is no information included regarding the chain, such as width or pitch, which would be helpful when it needs to be sharpened or replaced.

Works well in cutting. Once assembled, the case is useless as the saw doesn't fit, so just toss it. Batteries take 8-12 hours to charge and that gives you about 10-15 minutes of continuous cutting. If the batterie's were better this would be an awesome saw.

does not have manual, cannot figure out how to put guard on or hand hold. nothing lines up. when i get information about these problems i will change my rating

It comes with a nice hard case. The only problem is after you screw the handle and guard on, it no longer fits in the case. What good is the case then? The instructions are horrible. It doesn't tell you the proper way to adjust the chain and gives no guide on what kind of oil to use. I have not used the tool enough to say if it's great at its job or not. But I can tell you the battery life may not be what's advertised. I made 2 cuts through a 7” oak stump section and 4 cuts through a 3” Xmas tree and it's down to 50% already. Maybe I'll come back and update this after I use it more.

This saw is a joke but not the funny kind. Instructions are vague, short and useless. After installing the handle and kick back plate (which is stationary and doesn't stop the saw), the unit will not fit back into the case. I returned mine without even using it. I'll pay a bit more for another ten inch saw but not without a detailed description. If you buy this saw, you'll probably regret it and return it as I did.

I was sent the wrong battery charger

Used it once and tried to load the batteries, they never fully reloaded and only lasted for about 3-4 minutes after loading them. A very disappointing product all together.

Can someone please explain why this saw didn't come with a battery charger? Has 2 batteries and a charging cord but no charger. What kind of crazy scam was this

So let's just start with the saw doesn't fit in the bad beezy case when you put the safety guard on. It needs oil, put it in if you're going to use it: it has the receptacle, yet no instruction. I put oil in it and cut down part of a tree, and it worked like a champ! The chain did come off a smidge at one point… However, all of that pass. If you are willing to give up the case and just pay the tiny price you have to pay For something that will cut down part of a tree you've got it!. a serious case of you get what you pay for. Don't lose a limb.!
