love this little guy. it's so light weight. has a light so i can see the dust in the dark. Very powerful. easier to pull out and charge than bring out the electric big one. would totally recommend!
The extension pole does not supply power to the chainsaw! I purchased this item in November 2025 and have received no solution from either the seller or Walmart.com. The seller claims they cannot find my order, and Walmart has failed to resolve the issue. Do not buy this product if you need the pole saw function.
this saw my be ok for limbs up to 3 inches in diameter and even at that range the electric motor gets too hot too fast and actually caught fire while I was using it for only 3 to 4 minutes, and then it would only start when pull trigger and bump the saw
This item was not in any packaging. The boxes it arrived in were two boxes approximately 20x30x20 in. They were not even taped together they were pushed together with the item inside. This item is approximately 5 ft long and less than 4 inches in diameter. Why was it sent in two square boxes? There was Styrofoam in the box that appeared to be what the saw would be placed in and then put into another box of the appropriate size. However, the item was not secured in the Styrofoam and there was no other original packaging. It was also missing some of the accessory items and possibly part of the saw itself. I was so disappointed in how it was shipped I didn't look at the saw close enough to know if it was complete. I just knew with shipping like that I didn't trust the company or the product at all. I have requested a refund and I will ensure that I never purchase anything from this seller on the Walmart website again!
I used for several times and the pole stop working. Even though the power still went to the saw but when used with the pole , I can't ran it after few times. The power still went to the saw but can't run it from the bottom of the pole. The seller told me they made a mistake of advertising that there were 2 chains inside, in fact only 1 included . The chain compartment kept getting loose so I need to adjusting the chain to get tight after 3 cuts.
Do not buy a battery operated garden tool. Does not last long at all. The Mimi chainsaw tree trimming pole is a waste of money. First complaint is no instruction manual at all on how to use it and how to fix any problems that occur. After first use, it would freeze up and not work at all and no manual to troubleshoot any problem that may occur. Gas or electric is the only way I will ever use for my gardening tools. A waste of $75.00 in my opinion.
Do Not Buy!! Made this purchase and used it 2 days later. Right off the on/button did not work. As soon as you connect the battery it starts. Had to keep removing the battery. The chain kept losing and the battery had to be removed. Where the chain saw connects to the pole is flimsy. Extremely disappointed with this product. It was absolutely Returned!! Very dangerous product!! Buyer Beware!!
This item broke the first time used and following instructions. Also, it doesn't work with the exterior
Used it twice the battery doesn’t last very long at all and charge the battery and started smoking and you push on the trigger and you can see inside that. There is a bunch of sparks. It’s going back.
This is cheaply made and is not easy to use , it jams falls apart when cutting even a 3 inch branch ! I would recommend this definitely not a good option, definitely disappointing . Would not recommend to anyone ! 👎👎👎👎
