The product gets the job done! I needed to cut tree limbs and was able to take them out with no issue for the ones that are arm to leg thickness. It has all the power I needed to get the job done. The batteries lasted longer than most battery-operated tools. I really enjoyed using it as it was lightweight and easy to use for being 60 years old. It comes with two chains, safety glasses, gloves, charging port for batteries, tool to adjust chain saw, and carrying case. Very nice Item for the price!

This chainsaw is awesome. We had some trees and bushes right next to the house that was causing plumbing problems. My husband chopped them down quickly and easily. I would recommend this saw. It came with batteries, gloves, and a kit to fit everything inside.

Great price for a mini chainsaw. Fl freeze killed almost everything, needed an extra hand for plumerias etc. This is perfect! Shipped overnight, comes with extra chain, 2 batteries, charger, glasses, gloves, unreal actually. Just finished charging both batteries, they were pretty much charged, and zoom, down went one of my 20 year old plumerias. I highly recommend!

This is a tool, not a toy. I can be dangerous if not used with full respect and not in the hands of a child or a person who does not understand safety comes first. This tool makes a hard job, easy and done. Your job will be easy and done with in minutes. This tool is a life saver when you need to cut up a bush or branches and dispose of them.

Amazing little chainsaw. I never expected so much cutting power for so little money. It is very easy to use. You will find yourself trimming everything in sight and the battery life will let you work longer than you intended. My brother and best friend used mine and immediately bought one. They were impressed! Highly recommend it. Get one while you can!

I love how easy the chainsaw is to use. I don’t like that there are KEY WORDS MISSING from the instruction manual, causing me to guess at what the intended meaning is. It seems like it would be a good idea for someone to edit and make corrections to the manual.

I think this saw is an unsafe tool because it got stuck in the running position. I was so excited to use this saw because it’s easy to handle and has a lot of power for its size. Unfortunately, 10 minutes into its first use, it got stuck in its running position. I couldn’t get it to stop. I finally pulled the battery, which isn’t super easy when you holding a saw that’s running. I waited about 15 minutes to see if the saw would reset itself. It didn’t, when I put the battery in, the saw immediately started running b

The chainsaw itself is is great, it even comes with 2 chargers! YAY! HOWEVER, the charger for the batteries is cheap. I charged one battery and when unplugging the charger from the wall, the charger broke leaving one of the prongs stuck in the outlet. I sent a message to the seller and have not received a response! If they are just a distributor of the product, they need to get in touch with the manufacturer to fix the situation. They chose to ignore me completely instead. NOT COOL!

This product is dangerous. I wasnt expecting much for the low price, but it actually worked pretty well the first couple of times i used it. But then the safety trigger mechanism jammed, causing the chainsaw to run continuously even when i took my fingers off. I had to remove the battery to shut it off. This is crazy dangerous that the safety mechanism is so easily broken and i feel fortunate i wasnt injured. I would give negative stars if I could.
