I still have some archive files on disc that I needed to access. This product was priced right and available quickly. It was basically PNP and works as expected right from the box. There are also cable options that increase the usability that weren't available with some of the other devices.

I like it because with anufacturers not including sd/dvd drives on computers these days it makes it so easy to watch a already owned dvd movie on my computer while surrounded by others who are watching something on tv and with earbuds i can do what i want with out disturbing others

Online description says it works with Windows 11, but paper included with the product showed only as high as Windows 10. Since I needed it, I decided to try it anyway, and it worked perfectly. I simply attached the player's USB cord to my Windows 11 laptop, put in the CD, and voila! Not a single hiccup.

Was a little dubious of buying based on some reviews that said their computer didn't recognize it etc., but I connected it and the pc set it up instantly. Been using it and everything works great. Only thing would be is that I wish it burned a little faster but that's not a big deal. Love it that it's small and compact.

Device works perfectly, way manual is written is a bit vague and may not be very helpful if for whatever reason this device doesn't work out of the box for you. Device worked out of the box in my case and required no setup whatsoever, tested with Windows 11.

I still save some important information on a cd. This inexpensive addition to my computer setup allows me to continue archiving, since today's computers generally don't have cd drives. It's not superior construction, but it's more than good enough for my needs.

It's cheap on sale but the connection is loose… sneeze the wrong way and it gets disconnected. Cord is short so makes it a bit awkward to rest the drive if limited on space Also I'm not sure what all was supposed to be with it but either the picture is misleading or I was short shipped components. Idc so much as I only bought it to watch dvds but would not recommend it to gamers/ software users who need constant connection

This was purchased to burn/ copy audio cd's since newer laptops don't come with cd burners anymore. There needs to be comprehensive instructions on how to use this device with newer versions of Windows operating system. As it is, there are no instructions provided with this device for use on a Windows computer.

Would have been a good price for product if it was complete. However, took several days longer than expected to receive and package had been opened (internal box was ripped) and then taped closed again. Also, when went take product out, a tiny, loose screw fell out and appeared to be missing from inside of unit. Also, appeared to be missing memory card adapter. Might have worked, but was concerned that with missing/loose parts, it would not work for long. So, just returned.

I recently bought this along with a couple TV show DVDs from Walmart, and this DVD player only worked the first time I used it. Now, it will not load any other DVD I install. It's very cheaply made, the instruction manual is overly simple and does not provide detailed instructions or troubleshooting method. It is labeled as compatible with Windows 11 but in reality it is not. Don't waste your money on this, go buy one from a well-known company like Sony or Samsung instead. Absolutely not worth the money, I will be returning this.
