I bought the King size and it fits perfectly. I used this on top of an extra firm mattress which was hurting my back since I am a side sleeper. The material is as advertised. You sink down a bit so takes some getting used to but it definitely helped relieve my back and hip pain. You will want to put a mattress cover over this since the material is a foam-texture. A cooling mattress cover would be great with this product since the mattress pad itself does not really provide a cooling effect. The mattress pad seems to shift a bit on the bed over time so needs to be adjusted periodically. Overall, great value for the money.
My grown daughter just slept on this at the cabin on the floor. I offered to find another one to top it and she said she slept soundly %26 there was no need to double it.
