I usually use the bleach parchment paper until I found out about the chemicals that they use and I started using the unbleached which is a lot better for your health. I would recommend getting this. It'll last you in a long time.

I usually use aluminum foil but this has been suggested in so many recipes. I chose this item after doing research. I have been really happy with this product.

Becoming very expensive

I can't believe I'm excited about two rolls of parchment paper, but these are of exceptional quality and a great buy for the price. We don't buy newspapers anymore so we can tape strips of these to our kitchen table when we have crabs and seafood, as well as use for baking, etc. The packaging is sturdy and each roll has a heavy duty tube in the middle, unlike some cheaper products I've bought. At 260 sq ft per roll, I imagine these will last me quite a long time.

Better than expected!! It was way thinner than my usual parchment...it has out performed my usual parchment. I used it. to warm up pizza, baked burritos, baked bear claws. This paper stood up to all of it! I'm thinking of replacing foil with this. Food doesn't soak up the paper while baking, and it didn't leave residue on the pan. Definitely a must try!!?
