Aspercreme is the best. I was going to order, Nervive and it was going to cost more and take longer to take effect. What the hect would I want to do that for. Glad my daughter showed me that they had the same ingredients and Aspercreme cost a hooole lot less.

Easy to use. Almost instant relief for several hours. Is a little harsh to smell but I spray in small, short bursts and hold my breath until spray dissipates.

I asked for icy hot spray they substituted the other one my wife loves it. She would recommend it for anyone that’s all I have to say on it. I give it five stars Walmart team leaders thank you for that choice.

I live with chronic pain and this is the only thing that helps. it's super expensive and if you have a lot of pain you might use it fast but it truly takes away severe pain. I've used it on my nagging dull painful sciatic nerve pain, I'll spray it on my hip and butt cheek and all the way down the side of my thigh and my knee. and I use it for back pain. and I use it on my legs for nerve pain and most importantly I use it on my feet and ankles because I have tendon swelling, a collapsed ankle from flat foot, etc and I douse my foot in this and in a few minutes I finally feel relief. this stuff really works. it does not have a smell.

the asperecream extra strength spray works great ! it can be sprayed from any angle and dries qujckly. i use all of the aspercreme products but use this the most. i have severe lower back pain and arthritis in my hips, hands, and other places. this is,my go-to help for pain reduction. it really works, lasts long time, and is reasonably priced. highly recommend this!

Five stars. This spray is fantastic. The no-touch spray makes it super easy to apply, it dries quickly, and the 4% lidocaine brings fast, targeted relief without residue or strong odor. Perfect for those tough nerve pain spots.

Very easy to use. I really like how dry it is compared to other brands I've tried. I'm using it on my shoulders and back so the spray does tend to leave an odor and unfortunately it gets in your airway. All in all, it's a great product.

I love the product for sure I just don't like the top I haven't been able to open it at all. I think I need a special tool to pry it open I cannot squeeze the top hard enough for it to open. I have arthritis all over and my hands are also bad. To the manufacturer please make it easier to open.

After several attempts to open cap, following directions printed there, I finally resorted to needle nosed pliers to break open the cap and remove it. I would not recommend this to anyone in pain or with arthritic hands.

I love this product - but it was missing from my delivery. do I need to go back to. ordering from Amazon ?
