Bowls arrived broken, which is a common theme because there are numerous reviews about the product arriving broken. While I don't mind reaching out to get replacements sent, I don't want to have to go all the way back to the store or FedEx to return shattered bowls and then pay for shipping to get them re-ordered (as they are out of stock in the store near me).
