(4 pack) Mainstays Gibraltar 20 oz Iced Tea Glass

Pros: Made of glass, large size, quality, and design, very nice set. I love the size and design. Great value for the price. Cons: A bit heavy. I would like this much more in a lighter-weight, high quality, nonbreakable glass-like material if there were such a thing.

The glasses were heavy duty which is what I had hoped. I already knew the size would be good. What surprised me was that the glasses came in a bag, no boxing, no wrapping. So, one of them was broken. I'm surprised only one of the 4 was broken. Will have to return.

The glasses themselves are beautiful, thick, glasses! The issue I have was whomever the seller was-the packaging was awful!! I ordered 5 glasses, they were wrapped in protective covering, but 2 of the 5 were broken! They put them in an unusually larger box where they just rolled around. I can’t believe I wasn’t cut when I went to pull off the protective covering they were broken in several pieces!

One glass arrived broken, not split in two but a huge crack along the whole glass. This one should have never been chosen and packaged for delivery.

The driver delivered the glasses broken. I need a refund or I need the glasses replaced. They were delivered on my front porch broken worst delivery I’ve ever had. I’ve never had this happen. Why would you put glasses in a bag and not put anything to support or protect them and then just stick a fragile sticker on there and then deliver them broken. You could hear the glass when I picked it up unbelievable.

It would be very helpful if it was written broken glass on the box and fragile, as there is nothing pertaining to it being glass on the outside of the box and it came broken. It has been a pain to return it and get new. Horrific online service.

Ordered a 4 pack for delivery. Got 3 glasses and the 3rd one was broken..

When I picked up the box that was delivered by USPS I could tell there would be a problem because of the sound of broken glass. Upon opening the box I discovered that one of the glasses was broken and the shards of glass had gotten on the other glasses causing me to cut my finger. When taking the packing off the other 3 glasses there were a number of shards of glass making it a tricky situation to unpack the 3 glasses that were not broken. I am sure this is a very infrequent occurrence. Please credit my account for the one broken glass.
