(4 pack) Mainstays Gibraltar 20 oz Iced Tea Glass

The glasses were heavy duty which is what I had hoped. I already knew the size would be good. What surprised me was that the glasses came in a bag, no boxing, no wrapping. So, one of them was broken. I'm surprised only one of the 4 was broken. Will have to return.

these are exactly like the restaurant glasses. they're even heavier than most household glassware. I wanted something bigger than the regular 16 oz glasses and these 20 oz glasses are the perfect size for my iced teas.

The glasses have a feel to them heavy enough to give them substance but not so heavy they become cumbersome, They are quite sturdy too. I have accidentally dropped them a couple of times and they did not break or chip even after hitting a hardwood floor

These are awesome glasses. they are 20 oz, which means you can I serve a lot. And they are heavy and very durable. that's not to say to Bingham around because they are glass. But they're better than your sin glassware, and they last longer. i actually plan on buying another set to have a full set of eight. they are heavy glassware, so if you have trouble with your hands, I wouldn't recommend these. But for the bigger kids, they're great

I love the glasses. They are thick and heavy. I used them to make smoothies. I love that they hold so much. Not like the little 12 oz glasses. They look just like what you see in the picture. Great price for such a great product. I wouldn’t recommend them for small kids . The glass is heavy empty.

The glasses themselves are beautiful, thick, glasses! The issue I have was whomever the seller was-the packaging was awful!! I ordered 5 glasses, they were wrapped in protective covering, but 2 of the 5 were broken! They put them in an unusually larger box where they just rolled around. I can’t believe I wasn’t cut when I went to pull off the protective covering they were broken in several pieces!

When I picked up the box that was delivered by USPS I could tell there would be a problem because of the sound of broken glass. Upon opening the box I discovered that one of the glasses was broken and the shards of glass had gotten on the other glasses causing me to cut my finger. When taking the packing off the other 3 glasses there were a number of shards of glass making it a tricky situation to unpack the 3 glasses that were not broken. I am sure this is a very infrequent occurrence. Please credit my account for the one broken glass.

Worst product or delivery by Walmart. The glasses arrived broken. How can Walmart deliver this without any packaging or support. When I asked for a refund Walmart asked me to drop it at any of their store or UPS. Am I supposed to drive 45mins for just one product you couldn't package effectively. The glasses arrived in a paper bag it was packed to be arrived broken and then the customer has to go all the way to return it. Very poor service by Walmart. Would prefer other sellers instead.

The driver delivered the glasses broken. I need a refund or I need the glasses replaced. They were delivered on my front porch broken worst delivery I’ve ever had. I’ve never had this happen. Why would you put glasses in a bag and not put anything to support or protect them and then just stick a fragile sticker on there and then deliver them broken. You could hear the glass when I picked it up unbelievable.

Never received! Ontrac is the WORST! So someone is enjoying my glasses but it's not me. I ordered from the store to AVOID Ontrac nope.... Never again. I will order from another retailer who doesn't use that delivery nightmare.
