(4 pack) Mainstays Alto 12.75 oz Wine Glass for Everyday Use

product seems great have not actually used them yet, however the shipping really sucked, ordered these in 4 packs had to have a 108 of them so 12 pk at a time was my limit and I will post pics below of how they came in. plus they want me to take all of this broken glass to the local store in order to get my refund for the 8 that was broken. All said the glasses seem very nice for the price.

I purchased the **Mainstays Alto 12.75 oz wine glasses from Walmart for everyday use, and I'm really happy with them. I love the simple, clean design. They look nice enough for guests but are still perfect for everyday use. I actually have them mounted on a wine rack on each side of my cube bookcase, and they look really nice displayed that way. They're very good quality, and I like that they feel sturdy without being too heavy. The size is just right—not too big or too small—and they're comfortable to hold. Final Thoughts: These glasses are affordable, good quality, and look so nice. Perfect for everyday use or display—I would definitely recommend them.

The glasses were great and the price was very good BUT I receive them in paper bags unwrapped three to a bag on line said you had to buy by the case only got one case the other 36 in bags now I have to buy boxes to store them so much for the good price

These are perfect for a large gathering when you don't want to use cheap plastic cups. Affordable. Utilitarian. Looks nice. The problem is having them shipped. Just go down and pick them up. You'll save yourself time because they are very fragile and will break, no matter how many fragile stickers are on the packages!

I received my order quick was pleased about that but before ordering the glasses I read the reviews, multiple complaints were that the glasses were broken at least some, of course I was hoping mine would be ok, the very first one was cracked that's the reason for 3 stars, the other 3 were ok, they were wrapped in plastic bags also carried in a plastic bag not much protection for glass products, I did request a refund on the one cracked, I liked the glasses they are light weight but nice

I ordered 3 four packs of wine glasses, a total of 12 glasses. Set this for a pick up. I expected to receive 3 boxes of 4 glasses each, instead the employee delivered one large box to my car. It was taped up, but I wanted to make sure I was given the correct order. When I opened it, there were only 11 glasses! Someone removed a glass from the box and taped it closed. The employee ran to see if he could find another glass. He couldn't. I walked inside with him and spoke with a customer service representative. She did not seem concerned. She quickly calculated what the cost of one glass would be from my four packs, and refunded it to my card telling me to order another 4 pack if I needed 12. Now I'll be forced to pay S%26H because it will not meet the free shipping threshold that I had qualified for previously. I wanted a new four pack of wine glasses w/o being penalized for Walmarts error. While the pick up employee was very nice and apologetic, I felt the customer service representative was ignoring my concerns and not interested in helping me get what I had paid for without further cost to me. NOT AT ALL GREAT SERVICE WALMART!

Glasses are OK - not particularly clear, kind of a cloudy look to the glass. Big issue is how they were packaged and delivered. 7 or the 24 glasses I ordered were shattered in shipment. Each class was wrapped in a paper sleave that gave it minimal protection. They then put all 24 in a box with no other packing (other than a little foam on top, maybe 1/4 inch). No surprise, almost all of the glasses on the bottom layer were shattered. Then when I asked for a refund using the Walmart system, they granted the refund but I have to go to a Walmart store and drop off 7 shattered glasses before the send me the credit. I offered to send them pictures of the broken glasses, but no response. From past experiences, Amazon would have just granted the refund and told me to dispose of the broken glasses.

Walmart delivered it broken. Customer service said they would give me a refund but never received one. I can't return it either as I use a shipping company so I'm not physically in the states. Thanks a lot Walmart for wasting my money and sending me a box of broken glass. 👍🏼

I ordered 48 wine glasses on Nov 13 I received the next day 4 glasses thrown in a brown envelope with nothing to prevent breakage of the glasses Apparently there was some issues with the shipment - no news from Walmart or if the delivery will take place

Glassware was put in a huge box with shredded paper wrapped around each one not only they could have came damaged but after I use them I have to find a way to store them, the last ones I bought from Walmart had a slot in a box for each one of them so they were secure, Walmart please bring the box back so we as consumers can store your products correctly! The glasses are nice and they are my go to but now I'm considering another avenue to ad where I don't have to spend extra money for storage!
