The color depicted on the website is much lighter than the actual product received.

They don't look the way I expected, a little more masculine than I'd thought. I don't totally hate them: they're a nice size, not too deep, great for pasta and lots of scrambled eggs with green chili. I'll see if the light colored ones with brownish stoneware, looking like raw clay, at the bottom, are restocked. I LOVE my larger pieces in that style.
