I buy this multivitamin because it contains active L-5 methylfolate, which is the naturally occurring form of folate. Folic acid is the synthetic form and is cheaper to produce which is why it is in more vitamins and supplements. But, this version treats my low folate levels without masking my B12 deficiency and is more easily absorbed by my body. So, for me this makes it far superior to folic acid. The fact that that Beworth combines this into a multivitamin so I don't have to take a separate pill, makes it organic, AND sells it at a sensible price makes this product tops in my book. I find the pill to be a small enough size so I don't feel like I'm going to gag when swallowing it and there is no aftertaste at all. I will definitely be buying this again, especially since I got a great deal on my last purchase and got a BOGO deal at barely 30% more than I paid last time.

Good Multivitamin that doesn't upset my stomach. Recommend 10/10

Love that the dosage doesn't exceed the daily recommendation. Quality in my opinion is better by far than most vitamins.

Please be aware! This seller is selling vitamins from China. They are clearly not the item described and could be unsafe. Walmart has been no help in the matter. I am currently trying to get a refund.
