I am amazed that my belly really feels better, so now is my focus and the back of my mind, I can concentrate on what makes me happy now that I have a way to settle my stomach. I use this product with licorice extract capsules too, and I can cut back on Pepto Bismol.

I believe in and use probiotics regularly. This brand and type is one of my very favorites!! If u've been considering incorporating probiotics into your daily routine, but not sure which brand or type 2 buy, I recommend this 1 😁 60 billion CFU very helpful!!!

I recently bought two bottles of this product for my mum and dad, as it is packed with nutrients and probiotic essence. I am hoping it will help with bloating and other gastrointestinal issues, providing them some relief and better digestion. Fingers crossed that it does wonders for their overall gut health!

I have been on a GLP one and have been experiencing side effects from it when I started taking my probiotics. It has lessened my side effects to almost 0 I highly recommend this.

Between this and the Physicians Choice Digestive Enzymes, my digestive issues have been fixed. Not merely made better, fixed. No more discomfort. I noticed they were working right away, and after a couple weeks, I recaptured my digestive system of my youth. Unbelievably good products. Will be purchasing them regularly from now on.

I'm on Zep and needed something to help keep me moving. As you know, those medicines slow you down, considerably. When I take one pill a day, it helps me go every other day if I take 2 pills a day. It helps me go daily. Compared to other probiotics, I've taken @ 30-65bil, this is on par, and it costs about the same or a little less. Unfortunately, for me, I do need a little bit more. I would like to go at least 2 times a day. That's more normal for the human body, so I'm going to reorder this, but also add a fiber gummy. As a point of reference, I am not on a keto type diet but I am high protein. I also eat a lot of food fiber in the former broccoli, spinach and other leafy greens, as well as steel cut oatmeal. Bur as I said Zep will back you up not to mention I take iron pills...so there's that. I hàve a friend who takes this and he says it clears him out. lol Oh I forgot to mention this does cause gas and bloat as it pushes thing through but no stomach pains

I would recommend this product 1000x. I had trouble with constant bloating after eating. Some bloating so severe it made my stomach hurt. I started this product and after 2 weeks of using, I could tell a major difference. No more bloating! No more pain! I am on my 3rd bottle.

I don't think it works for me like it does for other people. I'm still experiencing gut issues such as bloating, constipation. And although the supplement does work to a certain extent, it only does for a few hours after I take it. It doesn't seem to be effective all day

Use caution with this probiotic-it made me very ill with flu like symptoms. I quit taking it and started feeling better within 24 -48 hours of doing so. I would not recommend this product
