This probiotic is my favorite. It's easy to digest no side effects. I take them daily. I highly recommend them for ladies. It's a good supplement to have with your protein drink or meal. I take them in the morning and I'm happy that they're easy to digest without side effects.

These are an absolute must have and game changer for me. I'm right like rain as far as my gut health issues, regularity, and comfort. They worked with the first few days. I'm regulated. I take one daily with a meal as directed. No crapping nor issues. Easy to swallow. I will definitely but again.

I purchased these after a course of Antibiotics. to keep my gut healthy and in ranch. They really helped a lot with being regular and no diarrhea while on my 10 day dose. as my wife and I get older, our digestive system goes through a transformation and gets angry all the time. my wife uses the spring valley women's probiotic and she is extremely impressed with her happy digestive system. these work extremely well for her and she is extremely satisfied with the results. unable to get a bigger pill count box but she is happy with these and recommends them to those having issues. the whole probiotic and system is excellent in trying to control erratic digestive system.

They were too strong for me and actually made me feel weaker every day. I have weak immune system. I stopped and went to lower strength. Might be just fine for everyone else. I also have allergies. Have to watch the strength of things.

Definitely prefer and suggest the gummy form! Regardless of absorption claims and potency from external reviews. I am usually an oral or capsule taker however I am not a fan of these for taste, size and affect.
