Spring Valley Super Vitamin B-Complex, 250 Count, Dietary Supplement Tablets for Metabolism Support

These are affordable, and I've noticed my energy levels increased after daily usage. I was never a vitamin "believer", but I am now! My only complaint is that it turns your urine into a florescent orange.

Funny that it asks about taste. B vitamins are notoriously nasty, and you definitely dont wanna breathe before you can swallow these. But so far, they haven't caused indigestion, and my energy level is ok, so i guess that's the best I can do until next time i have bloodwork drawn. Great price, though. My doctor suggested switching to Super B a l9ng while back, but thesenwere a great price...and for once I was in charge of the vitamin shopping.

B. Vitamins are water-soluble and it is critical to take these first thing in the morning with a glass of water as none of these upset your stomach and what your body does not use. Just flushes right out, but they give you a great energy boost. And this is an incredible price for 250 of a complete B vitamin stack. Thank you, Walmart.

I was prescribed to take a BVitamin. Highly recommend this one. Its a great value and a there are lots in the bottle. I just personally hate the after taste of the vitamin. I am not sure if other people experience that but I do. So if you are sensitive to yucky vitamin flavors this is not the one for you. Or drink it with juice or milk.

Got this to take in combination with a medication that depletes b vitamins in my body causing my hands and feet to tingle/go numb. I've been taking this supplement for around 6 months now and have noticed that the tingling/numbness has become super rare compared to before when it was a daily occurrence.

no reviews....just a rating.... let's be honest I have no idea if it works or not I mean who can say if a multivitamin enhances your day this is all a matter of Faith there's no clinical trial to prove the efficacy of vitamin supplements so stop asking!

I like the capsules. This is the first time I've tried a B complex vitamin. It's not bad for the first two days my pee was like bright yellow. But I have seen a bigger boost in my energy, so let's continue and see what happens. Maybe my appetite will subside soon which will help me lose weight.

This is a great supplement if you are trying to boost your immune system and your metabolism, I found when I take this I burn through my food faster, but I take it more so because I feel it boosts my immune system and I hardly ever get sick while taking it.

I was hoping to take more vitamin B. These seemed fine at first and I put them out into my daily supplements trays in every morning slot. They began to smell bad! I think the smell was because they were exposed to oxygen. The longer they were out the worse they smelled. It made my morning routine so unpleasant I finally dug out the culprits and threw them out. If you don't mind the smell of them I'm sure they will do you some good. I'd like to give you an almost-full bottle of them!

Smelled so bad I could not even get them near my mouth to take. Even made the cabinet where I store my medicine smell terrible. Had to leave the cabinet door open to get the smell out. My grandchildren even commented on the terrible smell. Didn't even take one before they went in the trash. Total waste of my money.
