Spring Valley Super Vitamin B-Complex, 250 Count, Dietary Supplement Tablets for Metabolism Support

B complex is not noted for taste. So, I gave it a fair rating. But this brand met my expectations. I wanted it to have strong scented ingredients. It does. It serves 2 purposes: (1) nutritional (2) some deterring of mosquito bites. When I take it consistently- I can tell a bit of a difference. I was not expecting a complete deterrence. It didn't. I just wanted to use it as a natural addition to using chemical sprays ~ in hopes to reduce the amount of chemicals needed.

This is an excellent product, and I've been taking it for many years. It provides me with all the B vitamins my body needs, because no matter how well you eat, you don't always get enough of all the vitamins and minerals your body requires. For me, this is something I never lack, so I recommend it to you.

I like the capsules. This is the first time I've tried a B complex vitamin. It's not bad for the first two days my pee was like bright yellow. But I have seen a bigger boost in my energy, so let's continue and see what happens. Maybe my appetite will subside soon which will help me lose weight.

Skip the expensive energy drinks that give you jitters. This Vitamin bumps your energy level w/out you even noticing! 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch! Great Value!

This is a good basic B-Complex supplement at a fraction of the leading ‘name brand' price. The B vitamins this supplement provides are especially important for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet, most importantly B12.

I actually bought this as part of a recipe for a soil and plant root feed. I powder it and dissolve a small amount into a liquid blend with molasses, yeast, etc

B Complex keeps my body flushed out and cleansed. It's a powerful way the shed extra water weight if you have a problem with that. Thanks Walmart always happy to get this.

no reviews....just a rating.... let's be honest I have no idea if it works or not I mean who can say if a multivitamin enhances your day this is all a matter of Faith there's no clinical trial to prove the efficacy of vitamin supplements so stop asking!

Got this to take in combination with a medication that depletes b vitamins in my body causing my hands and feet to tingle/go numb. I've been taking this supplement for around 6 months now and have noticed that the tingling/numbness has become super rare compared to before when it was a daily occurrence.

I have been taking these for well over a month and they do nothing that I have noticed. They really are a waste of money, I started eating my vitamins in "food". I am getting much more benefit from eating well with the right foods to where I threw all my vitamins away. Not one bottle of vitamins in by draw did a "lick (bit) of good!"
