These are affordable, and I've noticed my energy levels increased after daily usage. I was never a vitamin "believer", but I am now! My only complaint is that it turns your urine into a florescent orange.

This is a great supplement if you are trying to boost your immune system and your metabolism, I found when I take this I burn through my food faster, but I take it more so because I feel it boosts my immune system and I hardly ever get sick while taking it.

Recommended by doctor, very important for older people to take a B-Complex on a regular basis. Like the 100 count and good price. The small size makes it easy to swallow. The orange flavor isn't bad at all. Have had no tolerating issues. Purchased in store, online for delivery and curbside pick-up with no problems of availability. Will continue using this supplement.

A fair value for a quality product from a reliable company, and the dosages of the various B vitamins are comparable to other big box store brands with similar or higher pricing. The tablets (not capsules) are small and easy to swallow - I always take my supplements with thicker liquid like vegetable juice or kefir to make it easier.

I looked the first two vitamins up, and there is no known toxicity level, any excess is excreted in your urine, but I did not see the point of the issue. Thiamin is 8,333% of the RDA.

I will admit they have a bit of an odor to them (similar to vitamins containing iron) but the pills are the about the size of an ibuprofen and can quickly be swallowed with no lingering effects/taste.

B. Vitamins are water-soluble and it is critical to take these first thing in the morning with a glass of water as none of these upset your stomach and what your body does not use. Funny that it asks about taste. B vitamins are notoriously nasty, and you definitely dont wanna breathe before you can swallow these. But so far, they haven't caused indigestion, and my energy level is ok, so i guess that's the best I can do until next time i have bloodwork drawn. Great price, though. My doctor suggested switching to Super B a l9ng while back, but thesenwere a great price...and for once I was in charge of the vitamin shopping.
